A golf day, a casino evening

Cranbrook Casino Online After a Round

Cranbrook Casino Scorecard is an independent guide to one day at St. Eugene Golf Resort & Casino on Mission Road, outside Cranbrook. The plan: a round of golf, then an evening at Casino of the Rockies on the same grounds. The guide takes no bets, books nothing and lists no prices.

By the Scorecard deskChecked October 14, 2026

  1. Breakfast at Numa from 7 am
  2. The course: April through October
  3. Casino doors open at 11 am
  4. Casino hours: see the scorecard

One day

Golf and casino in one day

The day can start with breakfast at Numa Lounge & Dining, served every day from 7 am to 11 am. The golf course is open April through October. A round, meaning one full game of golf, fits in the morning or the afternoon. Questions about tee times, the booked starting slots, go to the resort.

Casino of the Rockies, on the same grounds, opens at 11 am. It closes at 11 pm Sunday to Thursday and at 1 am on Friday and Saturday. From November to March the course is closed, but the resort and the casino stay open.

Guests who stay the night check in at 4 pm and check out at 11 am. The day planner and the hourly scorecard on this page do the arithmetic.

    The course and its season

Les Furber designed the resort's championship golf course, which opened in 2000. It is open April through October and closed from November to March. Tee times, the slots that set when a group starts, are not sold through this guide. An ATM is in the Pro Shop, the golf shop at the course.

In season, two spots on the golf side serve food and drink. The Snack Shack on the course opens every day from 10:30 am to 5 pm. The 19th Hole, the clubhouse bar and grill, opens Wednesday to Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm. On Monday and Tuesday it opens noon to 7 pm. Weather and tee time demand can change these hours.

In the restaurant, the PROLINE Sportsbook Lounge takes sports bets through three PROLINE terminals, with an 18-foot screen showing up to six games at once. The casino also has a pool table.

      The drive

Casino of the Rockies is at 7777 Mission Rd, Cranbrook, BC V1C 7E5. By car it is five minutes outside Cranbrook and eight minutes from Canadian Rockies International Airport (YXC). Kimberley is 25 minutes away, and Calgary is less than four hours. Parking is free, and the resort answers at 1-866-292-2020.

      At the door

      Before the casino door

      • Every visit means a government-issued photo ID at the door, for guests 19 and up; the scan is matched with the barred list and then not kept.
      • Proper attire is required at the door, and that includes shirts and shoes.
      • No outside food or drink comes into the casino, and alcohol stays on the gaming floor rather than going into the lobby.
      • A smoking pit is set aside inside the casino, and the resort marks other spots for smokers outdoors.

      The resort

      Who runs the resort

The resort building was once the St. Eugene Mission residential school. The resort is owned and operated by the Ktunaxa First Nation. That means four Ktunaxa communities and the Kenpesq't (Shuswap Indian Band), together St. Eugene Mission Holdings Limited.

Inside the Mission building, the Ktunaxa Interpretive Centre is run by the Ktunaxa Nation Council. It opens Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4:30 pm and closes on weekends. Tours there are booked in advance.

      Online in BC

      Online gambling in BC, plainly

In British Columbia the one legal online gambling site is PlayNow.com, which BCLC runs. Since April 13, 2026 the Independent Gambling Control Office (IGCO) regulates gambling in the province, and it treats every other site open to BC players as operating illegally there. Online or in a building, the age line is 19.

The Ad links on this home page go to a private online casino. It is not PlayNow.com, the province neither runs nor licenses it, and the partner behind it can change. Someone in BC who plays there leaves the provincial safety net behind: no PlayNow limits, no Game Break, and no complaint route to the IGCO.
